What does shipping cost?
Shipping on orders of $45 AUD or more are free in Australia (Registered Post). For orders less than $45 AUD or all international, we deliver via Registered Post which is calculated at checkout.
What if I need to change my order?
We are unable to make changes to orders once placed. Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you've ordered back to us.
Can I track my order?
You can find your tracking information by viewing the order summary screen. You can access this by either signing into your Envirofields account or by clicking 'View your order' in the confirmation purchase email
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your new Envirofields products as much as we do. If you don’t, that’s ok – you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below:
The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition to be eligible. The refund will be made to you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
If you’ve used less than 30% of the product, we’ll only offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than 30% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
We can’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
How do I return an order?

What if my product is damaged?
Please contact our Customer Care team via email@example.com as soon as you can with your order number and details of the damaged product.
