Charcoal Face Mask
In a small bowl or mug, mix 2 tsp of Activated Charcoal Powder and 2 tsp of water to form a paste. Spread evenly over face & neck. Avoid contact with eyes. Leave on for 10 minutes and then follow with your normal cleansing routine. For a more gentle exfoliation you can mix the charcoal with water and a tsp of Jojoba Oil.
Teeth Whitening
Apply toothpaste to a toothbrush. Dip toothpaste into charcoal powder. Brush & rinse as per normal Tip: repeat twice daily for 2 weeks. This will stain your toothbrush.
Detox Drink
Add 40g to 250mL of cold water and shake until smooth. Charcoal can be mixed with juice, milk or smoothies depending on your taste preference
